At Home with SONOS

When SONOS opened its first-ever flagship in New York’s Soho, the brand turned to editorial partner Sight Unseen to create buzz around the new location and to engage with New York’s creative community — all future listeners and potential collaborators. Via an editorial series of home visits, Sight Unseen’s readers were introduced to five of New York’s most influential creatives and offered a glimpse at both the way they live and the music that’s influenced them: Nick and Rachel Cope of Calico Wallpaper, interior designers Soren Rose and Samuel Amoia, Dimes co-founder Alissa Wagner, and Partners & Spade’s Anthony Sperduti — who, coincidentally, also designed Sonos’s New York flagship.

Podcasts, hosted by Jonah Bayer, accompanied each editorial feature. Each creative was interviewed about the most influential songs in their lives — their personal soundtrack to New York City — and the importance of music in their home.
